These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Card Sub, a subscription service operated by MyRepublic Broadband Pte. Ltd. ("MyRepublic", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, subscribing to, or using Card Sub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About Card Sub
Card Sub is a subscription-based service that delivers trading card game (TCG) booster packs and related products to subscribers on a recurring basis. Product contents, pack types, and promotional bonuses may vary from time to time.
2. Eligibility
To use Card Sub, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
3.1 Subscription Plans
Card Sub offers multiple subscription tiers, which may differ by price, product quantity, and included bonuses. Details of each plan are displayed at the point of purchase.
3.2 Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3.3 Pricing and Taxes
- All prices are shown in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes, duties, or fees depending on your location.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable prior notice.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers.
- By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
- We do not store full payment card details.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is successfully processed.
5. Collection of Products
- Products under Card Sub are not shipped and must be self-collected from a location determined by us.
- The current collection point is Card Arena by MyRepublic, located at Suntec City, 3 Temasek Boulevard, #02-323/324, Singapore.
- We reserve the right to change the collection location with prior notice.
- Subscribers will be notified via email or electronic direct mail (EDM) when their monthly products are ready for collection.
- Subscribers have one (1) month from the date of the notification to collect their products.
- Failure to collect within this period will result in forfeiture of the products for that month, with no refund, credit, or replacement.
- Collection may require presentation of valid identification and confirmation details.
Risk of loss passes to you upon successful collection.
6. Product Contents and Availability
- Booster packs, Premium Booster packs, and boxes are randomised products by nature.
- We do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific card, rarity, or value.
- Promotional or bonus items are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value.

7. No Gambling or Investment Guarantee
Card Sub is a subscription product, not a lottery, gambling service, or investment.
- The value of cards received may vary.
- We make no guarantees regarding resale value, card condition beyond manufacturer standards, or potential returns.
8. Cancellations, Pausing, and Refunds
8.1 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
8.2 Refunds
- Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
- We do not offer refunds for unopened, opened, or delivered products, except where required by law.
9. Returns and Damaged Items
- Products should be inspected at the point of collection.
- If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our staff immediately at the collection location.
- Where appropriate, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
10. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials related to Card Sub are owned by or licensed to MyRepublic and may not be used without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Card Sub is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the most recent billing cycle
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyRepublic from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Card Sub immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the service.
15. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
